There’s plenty to look forward to when Rick and Morty returns from tonight. The long wait for new episodes looks absolutely worth it. With cosmic domes, Voltrons, space aliens and a Captain Planet impersonator waiting in the wings, season five is sure to be just as wacky and weird as seasons past. You could also mainline every one of the show’s many, many trailers. But you can also get jazzy with it and try something new - like the new Maxibon Rick and Morty ‘Pickle Rick Mint’ flavour (a tie-in ice cream which is not, in fact, pickle-flavoured). You can catch up or rewatch past seasons, of course. There’s plenty you can do to prepare ahead of the show’s release. New episodes will begin airing weekly from tonight 5:00pm AEST, June 21 in Australia. You can already catch every episode of the show on the streaming platform, and when season five drops you can catch the rest of the story there too. While HBO Max will air the show in the United States, that privilege will go to Netflixin Australia. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for the rest of the 50 confirmed episodes.
